Marketing Manager Roles & Responsibilities 
Focus: Brand consistency, promotions, and campaigns for restaurants and theaters. 

Campaign Strategy and Execution 
o   Collaborate with Director of Marketing to create a marketing calendar that incorporates events, promotions, movie releases and holidays for all locations. 
o   Execute marketing campaigns based on above calendar and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure awareness and materials are completed. 
o   Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to integrate digital marketing with ongoing marketing calendar/promotions and events. 

Event Marketing 
o   Plan and promote events (movie premiers, special screenings, restaurant openings, seasonal dining experiences). 
o   Collaborate with graphic designer(s) for promotional materials. 
o   Track ROI and send out post-mortem recaps to the operation team involved to optimize future initiatives. 
o   Coordinate with outside vendors and operations for events including music, décor, promotional materials, liquor sponsors, etc. 
§  Work with Director of Marketing to negotiate contracts and ensure events stay within budget. 
o   Create marketing briefs for internal teams on in-house marketing events that clearly communicate the needs and deadlines for assets and sign-offs. The briefs will focus on marketing team needs as well as operation needs across the concepts. 

Brand Management 
o   Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and channels. 
§  Assist in the funneling of internal (in-store/in-theater) marketing needs in collaboration with Graphic Designer(s). Examples include signage, business cards, gift cards, venue valet, etc. 
o   Act as brand steward to maintain cohesive visual identities of each concept. 

Content Creation 
o   Work with graphic designer(s) to produce high-quality print and digital assets including menus, posters, in-theater visuals. 
o   Assist in auditing photography and video needs for ongoing / upcoming campaigns and promotions. Help establish shot lists and plans for shoot execution. Attend / lead photo and video shoots. 

Public Relations 
o   Assist Director of Marketing in assembling media kits for new openings, events and promotions. 
o   Build relationships with community organizations and shopping area management teams to generate earned media opportunities. 
o   Build relationships with local influencers to assist in marketing strategy when needed. 

Collaboration and Coordination 
o   Work with operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and operational capacities. 
o   Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns have sufficient digital marketing support (i.e., ads, website/social promotion). 
o   Work with external vendors (Heirloom) to ensure the marketing calendar is properly represented in schedules and photo shoots. 

Administrative and Organizational Tasks 
o   Utilize project management system and input all projects and tasks in detail so that timelines can be followed and met. 
o   Maintain an organized system of archived materials, post-mortem documentation, and past calendars for future reference. 
o   Assist in donation requests, help to establish system and budgets. 

Cost Management 
o   Work within budget to produce high-quality events and promotions that properly display CK’s luxury hospitality identity. 

Innovation and Trend Awareness 
o   Stay updated on marketing trends and systems in hospitality and luxury entertainment spaces. 
o   Bring fresh and creative ideas to enhance CK’s brand awareness and public perception as the premier theater and dining experiences. 

Leadership and Development 
o   Train and mentor future Marketing Coordinator and Seasonal Intern on marketing support. 
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
