- Maintain inventory and relationships with suppliers to keep the beverage program dynamic and profitable.
- Prepare and manage sales forecasts to set realistic goals and measure progress.
- Analyze financial performance, including labor, food and beverage costs, to ensure long term profitability.
- Implement cost control measures to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Oversee purchasing and vendor relationships to secure high-quality products at competitive pricing.
- Anticipate and address operational or guest-related issues proactively.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions effectively.
- Work under pressure while maintaining poise and professionalism.
- Develop schedules, monitor labor compliance, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Maintain all operational and safety standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Create reports and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a fine dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of traditional service and hospitality principles, with the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Extensive wine knowledge, including varietals, pairings, and the ability to curate a distinguished wine list.
- Basic expertise in cocktail program development, including mixology trends, ingredient sourcing, and presentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong decision-making skills, particularly in problem-solving and team management.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability, as well as forecasting sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
